transaction are in place. We have a proven system designed to make your real

Repairs
Not all
properties available are in move-in condition. Repairs vary from none to
extreme. You determine what will work for your needs. For any property purchased
through Harper Realty, Inc., there is a reputable team available to rehab
property from top to bottom. However, if you choose, you can do some or all
repairs yourself.
Management
We realized a long time ago
people from all over the country and even all over the world see the benefits of
owning real estate in a Hot Market. Absentee investors can't always manage their
investments. Therefore, we have established a network of property managers who
inspect and analyze a property before you buy it. They will walk-through prior
to closing. After closing, the property manager will oversee repairs, perform
all the marketing responsibilities, and screen and secure a tenant. From there,
the property manager will collect the rents, forward your money each month, and
periodically inspect the property.
